The E.O.C creative youth development program aims to help our young people graduate from high school, attend college, and succeed in life with purpose. E.O.C helps foster youth move through adolescence and into their adult lives with confidence and independence. Through a four-year summer residential pre-collegiate program and additional years of sustained support, E.O.C teaches, coaches, and counsels our young people in academics, life skills, leadership, emotional intelligence, and career development. We provide challenging, safe, yet fun outdoor experiences that build trust, create teamwork, and enhance
self-esteem.
We believe high-quality support starting at middle-school has the most positive influence on fostering youth and helping them achieve their full potential and becoming independent and productive citizens of society. Early intervention and skill building make all the difference.
